

DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

SPECIAL ADVISOR: The position is honoral to deserving individuals. Appointed by the king after consulting the royal family .The Special Advisor/Traditional prime minister may only be appointed and removed by a king on good grounds which include incapacity. He/She will be responsible for advising the kingdom, king and all the structures of the kingdom.
ADVISORY COMMITTEE OF THE KING: This council is established by the king himself and is not part of the formal statutory bodies. This council does not overlap with the kings council as defined in the act. Membership must take in to account expertise Loyal to the cause of Ama-Mpondomise Allegiance and commitment to the development of Ama-Mpondomise . The council advises the king in all matters which include developments, cultures and such other responsibilities of the king. Establish boards of the king and other interests partaking to the kingdom and the welfare of the royal household. It deals with all matters that are not governmental regulated nor in conflict with government regulations.
COMMITTEE OF THE QUEEN: The committee is appointed by the Queen based on expertise and the needs . The committee advises the queen on matters pertaining women and women developments.
RELIGIOUS LEADERS: This consists of Chaplain general and other chaplains. To deal with all religious matters within the kingdom.
AMAKHOSIKAZI AKOMKHULU: All wives of traditional leaders. To deal with all matters pertaining to traditional leadership and the role of women within the kingdom and broad traditional matters.
KINGS COUNCIL: Will be established in terms of the act with the roles as defined in the act.
ROYAL FAMILY: s a family and responsibly for identifying a King
TRADITIONAL COUNCILS: Powers defined in the act
KINGS FORUM: All stakeholders, traditional leaders, business leaders, religious leaders, traditional healers, youth, women and any other interest group within the kingdom .
